We have taken great care to provide accurate representations of our products in our online store. However, colors, textures, or the overall appearance of items may vary from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in device type, monitor settings, and display calibration.

We do not guarantee that the look, feel, or quality of any products purchased will be identical to what is shown online. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product details, and limit quantities available to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Our live plants, succulents, planters, and related accessories are natural or handcrafted items and may exhibit natural variations in color, shape, size, or texture. These differences are inherent to the nature of our products and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. Lucky Plants reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.

Please review your order details carefully before submission, as we may be unable to accommodate change or cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. All purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@luckyplants.net with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may return or exchange the item(s) following our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious. If we cancel an order on this basis, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. Orders received before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where available.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days after your order has been processed. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import charges.

Prices shown in our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels. We may run promotions that are governed by separate terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all transactions. You represent and warrant that the payment details you supply are true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the designated payment method, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All products are covered by our 30-Day Return Policy. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@luckyplants.net with your order number, the reason for the return, and any applicable photographs (photographs are required for all damage claims).

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Our Services are powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Lucky Plants. Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of transactions between you and us. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lucky Plants.
